"Extreme Egypt," part of Angel Mounds' “Time Detectives” Archaeology Day Camp series, allows campers to explore Egypt and all its splendor right in their own backyard. Activities include mock excavations, an Egyptian tomb visit, re-creating an authentic shaduf, a special "Friday Feast" of Egyptian cuisine, and much more. Registration is $130 or $115 for early registrations by May 18, multiple registrations, or members of the Friends of Angel Mounds or Indiana State Museum. Includes free t-shirt, snacks, and lunch on Friday. Camp runs 9am - 4pm. Early drop-off and late pick-up options are available.
